At Beyond Supernatural®, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency and care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our platform and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, complete our AI wellness assessment, or contact us for support. This includes: personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address); payment information (processed securely through our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers); health and wellness data you voluntarily provide through our AI assessment tools (including lifestyle habits, dietary preferences, and wellness goals); and communications you send us. We also collect information automatically when you use our Services, including: device information (IP address, browser type, operating system); usage data (pages visited, time spent, links clicked); and cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill your orders and subscriptions; provide, maintain, and improve our AI wellness platform and Services; personalize your wellness experience and generate tailored health protocols; send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription renewals); send marketing communications, where you have opted in; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve our platform; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or other harmful activity.

3. AI Wellness Data

When you use our AI wellness assessment tools, you may voluntarily provide sensitive health-related information including dietary habits, fitness levels, sleep patterns, and wellness goals. This data is used solely to generate your personalized wellness protocol and improve our AI recommendations. We treat this data with the highest level of care and do not sell it to third parties. You may request deletion of your wellness profile data at any time by contacting us.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating our platform (payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, cloud hosting providers) under strict confidentiality agreements; business partners who offer products or services through our marketplace, only as necessary to fulfill your order; law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. These include: essential cookies necessary for the platform to function; preference cookies that remember your settings and personalization choices; analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with our Services; and marketing cookies used to deliver relevant advertising. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Purchase records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Wellness assessment data is retained until you request its deletion or close your account.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information: the right to access and receive a copy of your data; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restrict or object to certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, access controls limiting employee access to personal data, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
